Well I survived my Llama walking! What a laugh...at one stage we had to walk through a small village-you can imaging the looks we were getting walking down main street with our llamas following!! Anyway it was great fun and I'd highly reccommend it.
Am heading off to Kanye West tonight...can't wait to see him...hopefully minus the poll walker that was in the Marquee last night-what was he thinking!?!

On a sad note to finish...sorry to see England on the plane home from the World Cup...honestly I was...!! Genuinely feel sorry for Christiano Ronaldo though-what a roasting he's going to get when he plays in the Premiership...Poor guy!! According to Wayne Rooney he's going to "break him in two" when he sees him next...should make for an interesting training session at Utd!!

Bye for now

What to do on my day off...

I've got two days off this week and was talking to my friend about maybe meeting up with her and going shopping or for a drive...then she came up with a different idea...Laa walking!! I kid you not! I'm going to go for a trek with Lama's! What a cool way to spend a day off!! Who knew you could walk Lama's in West Cork!?!? I'll let you know how I get on...hopefully I'll survive the adventure...imagine if things went terribly wrong...what a way to go...knocked over by a Lama!!!

My Trolley Nightmare

I know my blog is generally light hearted and fun but today I want to rant!! I was parked in a shopping centre yesterday and some "lovely" person walked past my new car with a trolley and kindly left a scrath the whole lenght of the car...Of course they didn't stick around to own up to it (I suppose that's asking too much...) And to make matters worse it's the first mark on the car...sob sob :(
I was trying so hard to make sure I didn't scratch it and some thoughtless person comes along and wrecks all my good work-argh!! The annoying part of it all is that anytime I'm in a car park like that I take care not to scratch anyone's car (see my halo...!?) Some people are just thoughtless and selfish...ok, that's go that off my chest...rant over...I'm off to my happy place now :)

Bye

T and T to win...!

Well the World Cup is well under way now-woo hoo! I said goodbye to my parents the first day it started-I'm not likely to see them again until July 9th! Aside from work I'm glued to the TV for far too many hours every day...with the exception of the Dutch game most of the games have been really enjoyable!
The Rooster crew is getting very excited this week about Trinidad and Tabago taking on England...Could hardly watch the last 10mins of the Sweeden game...I thought the Swedes were going to score a last min goal and shatter all our dreams of winning the group!!! Bring on England!

Our relationship is over...

I just want to start by thanking all of you who txt the show this morning to sympathise with me...as you may know Michael Flatley has a new girlfriend...I'm devastated!!! I was up in Dublin at his show on Sat night-what a night! Couldn't believe it when I saw the papers the next day...pics of the happy couple-broken hearted!! I suppose it had to happen though...At least I have my Michael Flatley mug to look at...I'm not joking I actually bought a MF mug!!! I don't think I'm quite right in the head!!

I'm off out to enjoy the sunshine now-can't believe it's lasting for the whole week-I feel so sorry for people stuck in doors working today. Thank God I finish early everyday...see there's some positive points to getting up at 5.30am every day!!

Enjoy the sun :)

8 days and counting

Well the World Cup has nearly arrived!! Only 8 days to go-I can't wait! KC and Lenny have written a song for our adopted team-Trinidad and Tabago...Needless to say it's hillarious. Don't miss the next play of it on the Rooster tomorrow. Also on the show tomorrow we've got a Pub Quiz with a difference-not to be missed!

Well, I'm off to enjoy the good weather now-best to make the most of it before it disappears!

Till 2mrw

My poor nerves!!!

O MY GOD-how good was the Munster game on sat!?! I thought I'd have a heart attack in the last five mins!! I'm not a huge rugby fan but I'd love to have been in Cardiff for the match. The atmosphere seems to have been amazing there. Fair play to the lads-they deserved the win. And how cool was Peter Stringer's try?!? Great to see the recction the team got yesterday in Limerick...hopefully they'll have a similar parade through Cork soon. And sticking with the sporting theme, looking forward to the Irish game on Wednesday. Fingers crossed Cork City's Joe Gamble will get a run out...and then on Sunday heading to Thurlas for the first hurling game of the Championship-happy days!!
